If our cartridge causes a fault, our expert team will talk you through a fix or arrange for your printer to be repaired at our expense.

We'll Replace It

If a repair isn't possible, we will replace your printer with an equivalent model, free of charge.

We'll Refund It

We will provide a full refund for the cartridge and any associated costs, ensuring you are never left out of pocket.

Terms of Our Guarantee

Applies to Compatible Products: This guarantee covers all compatible ink, toner, and label tape products purchased from The Toner Place.
Expert Support First: In the unlikely event of an issue, our in-house technical support team is on hand to assist. Please contact us first to diagnose the problem.
Evidence of Fault: To help us resolve the issue quickly, we will require clear photographic or video evidence of any error messages or print quality problems.
Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to the use of our cartridges (e.g., paper jams, electrical faults, connectivity problems) or accidental damage.
Cartridge Replacement: If the cartridge itself is determined to be the issue, we will happily provide a replacement from our stock.
